Join Gavin at Pineapple Dance Studios, Covent Garden, London and Live Online every Friday at 7pm. Set to a feel-good soundtrack these spirited classes offer a total body workout. Class starts with a wiggly warm-up and strengthening exercises progressing to a combination set to whichever song has moved me the most that week!

Online streamable classes to enjoy at a time and location that suits you! Good grooves drive these spirited classes that will give you a total workout for your brain and body. This class takes its influences from Matt Mattox Jazz and Cunningham Contemporary techniques while focusing on the thoughts and feelings that make us move. Class starts with technical exercises and progresses to a combination set to whichever song moved me the most that week!
